SPIRE is a holistic wholebeing app based on Dr. Tal Ben Shahar's SPIRE model; integrating Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Relational, and Emotional aspects.

It uses Rituals, Reminders, and Repetitions to guide daily touchpoints, track progress through the SPIRE-ometer, and personalize insights with smart data and ML, helping cultivate positive habits and lasting wellness.
